I'm a Scandinavian girl who has been living in the Bay Area since 2011. I've worked as a chef since 1999 but in December 2012 I finally got my Patisserie and Baking Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, USA.
I prepare all of my baked goods and pastries with attention to detail using the finest local & organic ingredients.

Where is your store located?We are located in San Leandro, CA but don't have a storefront for you to visit unfortenly

How far in advance do I need to place my order?Everything we do is custom ordered and for the Smorgascakes we need 5-7 days preperation time. But generally 5 days.
